1. Who you're contracting with
These Terms govern your use of the website, courses, digital tools, and other content offered by Nwali Chidera, trading as Tiger Insights("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into this agreement.
3. What we provide
We provide online courses, downloadable digital tools (templates, spreadsheets, scripts), and informational content about building income online. Access to paid products is granted on a per-product basis after successful payment.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Engage in fraud, spam, or abusive behaviour.
- Infringe our or any third party's intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the service (malware, probing, scraping).
- Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense any course content or paid tool with anyone else.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source materials beyond their intended use.
5. Intellectual property
All courses, tools, templates, written content, branding, and other materials are owned by Tiger Insights and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use what you purchase for your personal or single-business use only.
6. Payment terms
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

8. Service availability
We do our best to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your licence to use the service ends.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the site or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Nigeria.
