How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by us directly. Payments are handled securely by Paystack. To request a refund:

1. Contact our support team with the email address you used at checkout and your order reference.
2. We'll verify the order and issue the refund through Paystack to your original payment method.

What happens after

Once approved, refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After a refund is issued, your access to the refunded course or tool will be revoked.

Subscription cancellations

If we offer any subscription products, you can cancel at any time. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods, but the 14-day money-back guarantee applies to your initial subscription purchase.
