We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid courses and digital tools. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Submit a refund request through Paddle's portal.
- Or contact our support team and we'll help you process it through Paddle.
What happens after
Once approved, refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After a refund is issued, your access to the refunded course or tool will be revoked.
Subscription cancellations
If we offer any subscription products, you can cancel at any time. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods, but the 14-day money-back guarantee applies to your initial subscription purchase.
